1 - As soon as you enter this dungeon, you'll be knocked unconscious by a bunch of Mind Flayers. Nice guys. You'll wake up in a cell at area #3.

2 - This door can only be opened by a Mind Flayer (not a Ullithid). You'll have to grab the Mind Control Circlets from room #8 and use one to Dire Charm a Mind Flayer in order to get past this door. You can also transform into the Slayer, which will allow you to open the door as well. Additionally, along the north wall of this room is a small alcove where you can grab Methild's Harp.

3 - After you are knocked unconscious in area #1, you'll wake up here. After about 30 seconds, an ogre will come to get you to fight in the arena (area #6). You'll be forced to fight some Umber Hulks, and then returned to your cell. That's when you'll meet up with your fellow prisoners, the Githyanki, in room #4.

4 - In this cell are housed some Githyanki prisoners. When you talk with them, they will talk about a means to escape. You'll be interrupted by the Ogre though, and the Githyanki are brought to area #6 to fight. When they return, they'll explain that your party and the Githyanki will have to fight next. They tell you of a plan to escape by keeping the Mind Flayers busy while you run to find a way out. 5 - The Equalizer Hilt lies on a table here. Don't forget to grab it.

6 - This is the arena where you'll be forced to fight. It's also the means to escape after you talk to the Githyanki in room #4.

7 - You'll find a bunch of tanks of Illithid Serum here. Grab some of it and bring it down to room #8. You'll need it to release the prisoners there.

8 - Here you'll find a bunch of the Mind Flayers' slaves. If you use the serum from room #7, you'll be able to awaken them.

9 - This door can only be opened by a Mind Flayer (not a Ullithid). You'll have to grab the Mind Control Circlets from room #8 and use one to Dire Charm a Mind Flayer in order to get past this door. You can also transform into the Slayer, which will allow you to open the door as well.

10 - When you open one of these cells, you'll be attacked by an Insane Dwarf. He'll drop a Ring of Fire Control.

11 - There are a bunch of cauldrons in this room filled with something called Brine. You can fill some potions with it and it will make you immune to the Mind Flayers' psionics.

12 - Here you'll find the Elder Brain. After you've destroyed him, you can grab some Elder Brain Blood, which you'll need in the Drow city of Ust'Natha.
