1 - You'll come down from the Underdark into this room and find yourself face-to-face with an Elder Orb and some of his friends. It's a pretty tough fight, but you'll end up with the eyestalk you need for the Matron Mother in Ust'Natha, the blade of the Equalizer, and an Amulet of Spell Warding. 2 - At this intersection is an absolutely terrible fight. You'll be faced with a pile o' beholders and gauths. Your best bet is to prepare as best you can before entering this area (put on any reflection equipment, haste, etc). Expect to have to reload a couple times. 3 - Inside this room is some hidden treasure. Scour the walls for little niches that hold gold, gems, and even some Arrows of Detonation. 4 - Thanks to an email from a viewer named Fenrir, we've added this little area, which is the location for a Greenstone Amulet. Search the area and you should find it.
